This page has been edited to remove personal and identifying information of participants.Lisa is an experienced transportation planner and project manager with over 20 years of experience around the intersection of urban design, transport, sustainability and health. She has particularly focused on the transportation-land use interface, sustainable transport and multi-modal connectivity, with technical expertise in Travel Demand Management, Travel Behaviour Change and low-carbon transport strategy, improving social, health and environmental outcomes.
She has in depth experience developing, implementing and delivering significant outcomes on ambitious projects including 14 years of travel behaviour change experience (10 hands on). In these roles she was responsible for creating long-term systemic, culture and travel behaviour change in both the United States and New Zealand. Her leadership skills and strategic approach to complex challenges has resulted in several of her projects being acknowledged as best practice, including receiving an “Excellence in Service Improvement” award for implementation of a comprehensive travel plan for the largest employer in Hawke’s Bay which resulted in an 18% mode shift in just two years.
